    Your Primary Responsibilities Include:

     

    As a Data Analyst/Developer at Quontic, you will be integral to the process of invention and innovation. A major part of the role will be the maintenance of our data hub application Quontic Works. You will develop new solutions that change the way Quontic works. You’ll work in a collaborative, welcoming environment where new ideas drive technological transformation. We work in cross-functional teams with big goals, so you will need to be adaptive and adept at clear communication. Above all, we value curiosity, teamwork, and a desire to learn.     • – Ensuring the data integrity improvement of the Quontic Works system by cataloging the owners and data elements and ensuring automated data quality checks are in place
    • – Map the core data visualization business goals to processes in the data transformation Hub
    • – Add new data feeds and capabilities via APIs in a C# MVC application
    • – Improve the dashboard capabilities to allow for specific KPIs to be assessed

     

    Experience

     

    • – 5-7 years of proven data analyst/developer experience
    • – Financial Services experience
    • – SQL Server SSIS
    • – TSQL
    • – Data integration
    • – C# ASP.NET MVC
    • – Rest APIs
    • – Articulate, polished, and excellent communication skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and comfortable working with a certain level of ambiguity
    • Excellent in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
    • Bachelor’s in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems

    Your Primary Responsibilities Include:

    As a Funder/Booker at Quontic, you will be integral to the process of booking/funding process. The goal of this position it to successfully fund new loans and accurately book the new loan into the mortgage system. 

    • – Preparing funding package for new loans and data elements and ensuring automated data quality checks are in place
    • – Preparing wires for funding new loans
    • – Book/board new loans into mortgage system
    • – Purchasing; Conventional Agency LHFS
    • – Satisfaction of Lien requests/processing
    • – Deactivate loans sold to investor from mortgage system
    • – Customer maintenance

    Experience

    • – Mortgage originations/processing (some sort of mortgage experience)
    • – Funding experience (recommended)
    • – Title/Escrow experience
    • – Knowledge of Encompass (not required, recommended)
    • – Knowledge of Horizon (not required, recommended)
    • – Ability to work in a fast paced environment
    • – Ability work with a team in a remote atmosphere

    Your Primary Responsibilities Include:

    As a Secondary Market Specialist at Quontic, you will be integral to the process of selling loans. The goal of this position it to assist loan administration in investor sales, transfers and funding; aids in selling and delivering of loans and aid in the preparations and reporting.  This person has a high level of energy, well organized, and very attentive to detail.

    • – Assist AVP of Loan Admin in locking loans with investor
    • – Provide assistance for investor sales, transfer and funding
    • – Gather and send documentation for loan sales, as required
    • – Perform loan maintenance with investors as necessary
    • – Correctly update sales details into Horizon
    • – Maintain all secondary marketing investor files
    • – Ensure all necessary documentation is completed for all transactions

    Experience

    • – Mortgage originations/processing (some sort of mortgage experience)
    • – Secondary Market Experience, specifically with loan pool sales. (recommended)
    • – Title/Escrow experience
    • – Knowledge of Encompass (not required, recommended)

    • -Serve as the Hubspot and CRM subject matter expert for the marketing team

    • – Assist in the development, execution, and vision of automated CRM marketing initiatives with a focus on email automation, workflow automation, and sequences for sales

    • – Plan, implement, manage, analyze and optimize paid media marketing campaigns for customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue goals
