    Your Primary Responsibilities Include:

    • -Provide a high level of assistance to customers, assist and maintain contact with clients, realtors, financial planners, attorneys, and any third party to maintain and deepen the relationships to foster new business opportunities.
    • -Office and administrative tasks associated with reverse lending and sales assistance
    • -Assist the Loan Officer with inputting information into Encompass and verify the accuracy of the data
    • -Receive mortgage applications from Loan Officer and accurately send initial and final disclosures to the applicant, order flood certifications and fraud guard reports
    • -Confirm all required documentation has been submitted for processing
    • -Obtain and review all documentation received by applicants requested by the underwriter
    • -Work with employers, banking institutions, credit bureaus, and any other sources to make sure all information provided is accurate
    • -Assist in the coordination of Loan Officer’s marketing and webinars
    • -Schedule events and work with third parties on all collaboration of events

    Experience:

    • -Minimum of 3 years of loan officer administrative assistance and mortgage lending processing experience
    • -Understanding of agency guidelines and processing
    • -Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
    • -Ability to function efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines
    • -Detail-oriented with the ability to problem-solve and prioritize
    • -Outstanding people and customer service skills

  • Mortgage Loan Openers – Setup Coordinators

    We are currently seeking motivated and dependable Full-time Mortgage Loan Openers/Set-up Coordinator.  

    Your Primary Responsibilities Include:

    Responsible for the input of data required to process initial mortgage loan applications, providing documents to the applicant per regulation, and completing an initial review of loan documents and information necessary to move loans for decision. Assist the Mortgage Operations team with preparing and packaging loans from the beginning by working closely with loan officers and our third-party partners to advance loans to the Underwriting department.

    • -Receive mortgage applications submitted by Retail and Wholesale Loan Officers and review inputted information in the Encompass program to verify the accuracy of the data and ensure information adheres to compliance requirements and program guidelines
    • -Review submitted files to verify all required documentation needed has been supplied
    • -Communicate directly with our external broker partners to obtain documentation and information and to provide guidance regarding our processes as well as individual loan status
    • -Prepare and send initial disclosure packages to the borrower/applicant through either electronic or paper means
    • -Order the following internal services: appraisals, flood certifications, fraud guard reports, compliance reports, and employment, asset, and income verifications
    • -Work closely with the Processing, Underwriting, Closing, and Post-Closing departments to provide needed documentation as requested

    Experience:

    • -Ability to quickly adapt and problem-solve;
    • -Ability to manage a growing loan pipeline
    • -Excellent organizational and time management skills;
    • -Self-motivated and detailed-oriented;
    • -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to adapt to new programs;

    Your Primary Responsibilities Include:

    Responsible for preparing loans to close by working closely with the underwriter and loan officers throughout the entire process. Including verification of all documentation submitted. Verifies documents for accuracy per compliance requirements. 

    • -Review files submitted to verify that all the required documentation needed has been supplied to submit the file to obtain an AUS approval and submit to Underwriting Dept
    • -Order appraisals from only approved appraisers and submit payment to the Accounting department for processing
    • -Upon receipt of the file from underwriter whether suspended or approved, work closely with Loan Officer to obtain and review all documentation received by applicants requested by the underwriter
    • -Verify with third parties such as employers, banking institutions, credit bureaus, and any other sources to make sure all information provided is accurate
    • -Prepare all documentation for the submission of final credit clearance to the underwriter
    • -Schedule closings
    • -Prepare closing documents and order wires.

    Experience:

    • -3-5 years of related experience
    • -Must have analytical and auditing skills as well as a firm grasp on math
    • -Must have knowledge pertaining to the regulations governing mortgage lending
    • -Must have knowledge of broker processes and guidelines for any loans that may be sent to an acceptable broker
    • -Must have experience in automated underwriting systems; Encompass required
    • -Excellent computer skills, customer service, ad communication skills
    • -Knowledge of FHA insuring process
    • -Knowledge of MERS registration

    • -Timely processing is key to meet prescribed deadlines by the SBA.
    • -Knowledge of process and consistent application of procedures required

    Experience:

    Your Primary Responsibilities Include:

    Responsible for establishing, maintaining, and enhancing the Bank’s payments strategy. Oversees the Automated Clearing House (ACH) and Wire process. Ensures compliance with applicable policies and procedures, banking laws, and regulations related to ACH and funds transfers. Enforces department objectives linked to the Bank’s vision and strategic plan. Reports to the SVP of Bank Operations.

    • -Have in-depth knowledge of NACHA and FED rules
    • -Supervise a team of 3-4 people
    • -Provide adequate training, coaching, and mentoring to team members regarding all aspects of payment systems to ensure individual goals, departmental goals, and strategic initiatives are met
    • -Manage Wire and ACH, procedures, and day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance, resulting in minimal payment exceptions and timely processing while mitigating risk
    • -Improve recovery of fraudulent negotiable items
    • -Manage e-Banking wire processes to ensure timely and efficient processing while mitigating risk
    • -Monitor and report payment system statistics and cost per transaction data

    • -Drive improvements to policies, procedures, and processes; re-engineer (as needed) to maximize effectiveness and efficiency

    Experience:

    • -Five (5) years of work experience in Payments (ACH or Wire transfer services preferred)
    • -Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification
    • -Payments risk management and controls experience
    • -2+ years in a management or team lead role
    • -Thorough understanding of US domestic payment methods (e.g., ACH, debit card, credit card) and their regulatory requirements (NACHA Operating Rules and Visa/MasterCard rules)
    • -Excellent organizational, conceptual, listening, training and coaching skills, and verbal/written communication skills
    • -Able to prioritize work, meet critical deadlines, and work effectively under pressure
