    Your Primary Responsibilities Include:

    Responsible for creating and owning marketing performance dashboards and ensuring clean end-to-end tracking across campaigns and platforms. Ability to clarify how marketing is performing and what insights are driving change/value for the business. Demonstrating with data what changes the business should measurably make that impact revenue. 

    • -Own dashboards, reports, and critical thinking that lead to campaign improvements and new ideas for driving growth
    • -Determine KPI’s that matter and drive business impact within and across channels
    • -Own the data connectivity needs in partnership with the technology team
    • -Draw actionable insights from dashboards for the marketing team
    • -Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to track a variety of marketing initiatives and campaigns
    • -Leverage data to identify trends and opportunities to influence behavior
    • -Analyze A/B tests to optimize marketing for specific audiences
    • -Deliver actionable business intelligence and insights in clear and well-defined terms

    Experience:

    • -College degree preferred, not required

    • -7+ years of related experience
    • -FinTech or Financial Services experience a big plus
    • -Ability to connect data sources across platforms for an end to end performance analysis
    • -Experience working with marketing leadership to drive insights from sound measurement
    • -Knowledge of digital platforms such as Google Analytics, Studio, Hubspot
    • -Knowledge of digital channels, how they are unique, and how they work together to drive performance
    • -Excellent excel skills
    • -Ability to articulate how data points can become actionable
    • -Desire to tell a sound and coherent story from marketing reports

  • Wholesale Processors/Loan Coordinators

    Your Primary Responsibilities Include:

    Wholesale Processors/Account Managers are responsible for completing functions related to the closing of loan applications within the wholesale channels (brokers). This includes performing services requiring interaction and communication with Brokers, Escrows, Attorneys, Underwriting Department and Account Executives regarding loan file status.

    • -Develops and maintains an already established relationship with wholesale brokers through communication and follow-through
    • -Identify and maintain daily contact with sources of mortgage loan production (brokers) to ensure the smooth flow of loan applications through the loan process
    • -Answer client questions and respond to loan status, underwriting, processing, and funding flow inquiries
    • -Develop and maintain relationships with assigned customers
    • -Maintain and manage branch pipeline through reporting
    • -Provide customer service to sales account executives assisting with internal file flow
    • -Order tax transcripts or W2 transcripts for all borrowers, as applicable per loan program.
    • -Order SSA validation, as applicable per underwriting conditions
    • -Perform the Verbal VOE within the applicable time frame per loan program of note date on all borrowers
    • -Request a change of circumstance from the disclosure department when applicable

    Experience:

    • -Minimum 3+ years’ experience (current) in wholesale lending
    • -Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of MS office products and Encompass
    • -Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • -Strong customer service skills
    • -Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    • -Strong Encompass experience

  • Mortgage Loan Processors

    We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Full-time Mortgage Loan Processor.

    Your Primary Responsibilities Include:

    • -Receive mortgage applications from the loan officer and review all imputed information in Encompass to verify accuracy of the data to properly send initial and final disclosures to the applicant, order flood certifications and fraud guard reports
    • -Review files submitted to verify that all the required documentation needed has been supplied to submit the file to obtain an AUS approval and submit to the Underwriting Department
    • -Order appraisals from only approved appraisers and submit payment to the Accounting Department for processing
    • -Upon receipt of the file from underwriter whether suspended or approved, work closely with the loan officer to obtain and review all documentation received by applicants requested by the Underwriter
    • -Verify with third parties such as employers, banking institutions, credit bureaus, and any other sources to make sure all information provided is accurate
    • -Prepare all documentation for the submission of final credit clearance to the Underwriter
    • -Ensure all loan documentation is complete, accurate, verified, and complies with the company’s policies as well as state and federal regulations before submission to the Underwriting team

    Experience:

    • -Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience
    • -Experience working on Conventional, Non-QM, and FHA loans
    • -Analytical and auditing skills as well as a firm grasp on math
    • -Knowledge pertaining to the regulations governing mortgage lending
    • -Knowledge of broker processes and guidelines for any loans that may be sent to an acceptable broker
    • -Must have experience in automated underwriting systems
    • -Knowledge of Encompass required

    Responsible for accurately gathering post-closing conditions in a timely manner to ensure efficient sale of loans. Reviews loan documents for compliance, completeness, and accuracy. The loan closer prepares loan packages and the proper documentation in accordance with Quontic’s guidelines and policies.

    • -Ensure compliance with government, investor, and company requirements.
    • -Review closed loans for accuracy and completeness.
    • -Assist with all closing, funding and post-closing procedures.
    • -Assist in the management of MERS account, responsible for all registration and transfers.

    Your Primary Responsibilities Include:

    The Account Executive’s responsibilities are to develop and maintain partnerships with new and existing customers by calling on local mortgage brokers/bankers. The Account Executive is to ensure that these relationships are built with companies and individuals whose ethics & reputation mirror the high standards adhered to at Quontic Bank.

    • – Build relationships with current and new mortgage brokers; Contact and solicit mortgage brokers and bankers regarding Quontic’s unique, highly competitive, niche, wholesale mortgage loan programs
    • – Facilitate broker and banker sign-ups into Quontic’s broker-wholesale lending program;
    • – Maintain daily workflow prioritization and communication to ensure urgent matters are dealt with and closing occur timely

    Experience

    • – Must have a minimum of 3 plus years of wholesale lending experience, meet commission sales standards and proven business development skills
    • – The candidate MUST have a strong knowledge of the mortgage market in their assigned territory. Ideally, the candidate would have prior experience in a wholesale lending role which will provide them a critical jump-start to getting their production off the ground
    • – Strong ability to excel within an ever-changing environment
    • – Highly motivated and determined to succeed in a competitive, time-sensitive industry
    • – Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • – Strong relationship building skills and time management skills
    • – Knowledge of underwriting and/or closing procedures and regulations

    • – Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Mortgage Underwriter

    Your Primary Responsibilities Include:

    Responsible for examining loan documentation and evaluating credit decisions for accuracy and compliance with portfolio and all investor guidelines. 

    • -Evaluation of credit and property documents in loan files, identify potential risks and advise as to the appropriate decision of the file as it relates to approving, declining or suspending the loan based upon FNMA/FHLMC and investor underwriting guidelines
    • -Receive mortgage applications and underwrite applications as per designated limits
    • -Meet monthly minimum turn times and KPI/ productivity requirements
    • -Must analyze income and employment detail of the borrower to determine the ability of the borrower to repay the mortgage loan
    • -Evaluate asset documentation from which the applicant’s funds seem to be originating
    • -Review the borrower’s credit report and credit rating to determine the ability of the borrower to repay the loan after analyzing the borrower’s prior payment history
    • -Review the appraisal and check if it has been valued properly to warrant the loan requested from the bank
    • -Confer with Loan Officers to aid in resolving Mortgage Lending Applications and final documentation
    Experience
    • -Minimum 5 years of current mortgage lending underwriting experience
    • -Experience working on the retail or wholesale side of the business
    • -Experience working on Conventional, Non-QM, or FHA loans
    • -Familiar with different appraisal types and basic mortgage loan documents
    • -Must have experience in automated underwriting systems; working knowledge of Encompass
    • -In-depth understanding of mortgage insurance business, mortgage insurance programs, policies and services
    • -Must have knowledge pertaining to the regulations governing mortgage lending
    • -An understanding of compliance-related issues in regards to initial disclosures and re-disclosures including correct fees, dates, and compliance to regulations
    • -Must have analytical and auditing skills as well as high mathematical aptitude
    • -Strong communication (both verbal and written) and logic skills a must.
    • -Ability to plan and coordinate workflow with minimum supervision.
    • -Strong attention to detail
    • -Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
