Chief Empowerment Officer

Casey is passionate about working at organizations that make our communities a better place to live and the banking industry a career destination for women and young people. With over 18 years in banking, Casey is a seasoned leader with unique and innovative strategic visions for impactful pathways to change.

Prior to joining Quontic Bank as VP/ Specialty Banking in April, 2020, Casey helped build CenterState Bank’s (Florida) correspondent division for 10 years before joining the Independent Community Bankers of America where she connected northeastern community banks to Washington DC’s most powerful voice for community banking.

In October, 2020 Casey was promoted to Quontic Bank’s first Chief Empowerment Officer. This role provides a channel for Quontic employees to initiate change, to participate in change and to cultivate change. Casey provides resources and opportunities for Quontic teammates to feel comfortable bringing their authentic selves to work, whether that’s through employee-led engagement, wellness resources, virtual appreciation events or fun, creative projects.

She attended the Florida School of Banking, earning The Dr. C. Arnold Matthews Honor Graduate Award upon graduation and is a co-founder of Florida Bankers Association’s Annual Florida Women in Banking Conference. Proud to be a lifelong learner, Casey is a graduate of The Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University.

Casey is a member of Chief, a private network for executive women in NYC and Financial Women’s Association of New York. Most recently, she has begun serving on the board of the New York League of Independent Bankers believing that strength in numbers can foster change.

She has proudly served on two Junior Women’s Leagues’ Public Affairs Committee advocating at the local, state and federal level. She currently serves on the Junior Women’s League of Bergen County Board and sits on the board for The Growing Theater. In 2009, she began a decade of service on the Ohio University Alumni Association Board of Directors culminating with her election to Chairwoman in 2017. She now serves on the Foundation Board of Trustees.

Casey has lived in New Jersey, Ohio and Florida (resulting in a very awkward accent) and is a 2002 graduate of Ohio University. She resides in Westwood, New Jersey.
