Donald M. Frain serves as president and chief operating officer of Quontic Bank. With his knowledge and experience in the financial industry, Frain has achieved high-level leadership positions in both the domestic and international marketplaces. His positions have included executive management, credit management, financial management, risk management, and business development in wholesale and retail-oriented environments.
Donald earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Hofstra University.
