A: allpoint is a national network of 37,000 ATMs that offers quontic bank customers surcharge-free access to their checking or savings accounts.
A: a surcharge (also known as a convenience fee) is the fee ATM owners may charge for using their ATMs
A: allpoint's 32,000 surcharge-free ATMs are located in all 50 states, including major retailers like, CVS, target, duane reade, 7-11, walgreens and many others. Please click here for ATM locations

ATM usage

A: no. due to the technical limitations of certain types of ATM machines, we are not able to prevent the "surcharge message" screen from appearing on many allpoint ATMs.
you should continue the transaction by answering "yes" on this screen. when you get your receipt, you'll see that you were not assessed a surcharge.

A: yes. all ATMs listed on this search tool are surcharge-free, even if the allpoint logo is not on the ATM. the allpoints network is constantly adding new ATMs, and it may take 4-6 weeks to get the logo added onto these ATMs.
A: no. you have an unlimited number of surcharge-free transactions at allpoint ATMs up to your daily limit.
A: yes. your ATM card will continue to work at ATMs that are not included in the allpoint network. however, you may be assessed a surcharge fee.

ATM locator

A: it's easy! simply type in an address, or city/state, or zip code, and the locator will list the address of all Allpoint ATMs within 20 miles of the location.
A: the ATM data used in the ATM locator is updated every two weeks to reflect any changes to the allpoint network locations.
